## Recommendation

In other words, Ultimate.ai (now Zendesk AI) is worth it if you're already deep on Zendesk and want to add AI agent automation without a separate vendor. Post-acquisition, standalone Ultimate.ai purchases are being funneled into Zendesk Suite AI packages. Downside: less flexibility than standalone alternatives (Ada, Decagon); if you're not on Zendesk, look elsewhere.
