## Recommendation

In other words, Zoom is still worth it in 2026 if video is core to your work — frequent external meetings, webinars, or client calls needing reliable recording, transcription, and calendar integrations. Pro covers most professional users; Business adds SSO and advanced admin. Easy for non-technical users. Native calendar integrations plus 2,500+ marketplace apps. Downside: Zoom fatigue is real, pricier than bundled alternatives, and AI Companion features feel bolted-on. Business Plus was retired mid-2026.
