In other words, Figma is the design tool of choice for teams of 3+ working on web/mobile UI/UX with real-time collaboration and cross-functional handoff to PMs and engineers. Professional covers most design teams; Organization adds design systems and SSO. Very easy for basic design; moderate for design systems. Wide plugin ecosystem plus native Dev Mode and integrations with Slack, Jira, Notion. Downside: performance dips on files with 500+ frames, limited offline mode, and per-editor cost rises quickly as teams scale.
