Free covers up to 500 contacts; Essentials adds automations; Standard adds journeys and A/B testing; Premium adds advanced segmentation. Very easy setup. Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Canva, and 300+ tools. Downside: per-contact pricing scales aggressively past 2K subscribers (often cheaper alternatives at that scale), and Intuit ownership has slowed feature velocity.
